1. Pre-Plan & Automate More Than You Think Necessary

The biggest stress reducer is eliminating last-minute scrambling.Create content 3–4 weeks ahead and schedule:

  • Social posts

  • Ads

  • Emails

  • SMS campaigns

Tools like Meta Planner, TikTok Scheduler, and Klaviyo save massive mental energy. If it’s automated, it’s not stressful.

2. Choose “High-Impact, Low-Effort” Marketing Only

You DO NOT need to do everything during the holidays.Focus on the tactics that bring the highest ROI for the least effort:

  • Reels/TikToks (1 video = multi-platform content)

  • Email (highest conversion)

  • SMS (fastest ROI)

Skip anything that drains you but doesn’t move sales (e.g., long blog posts, complex campaigns).

3. Create One Core Piece of Content & Repurpose It Everywhere

Instead of making 10 different pieces, make one video and turn it into:

  • A Reel

  • A TikTok

  • A YouTube Short

  • A still image screenshot

  • A meme

  • An email GIF

  • A behind-the-scenes Story

Repurposing reduces workload by 75% while keeping your brand active.

4. Set Firm “Work Hours” (and honor them)

During the holidays, boundaries matter more than usual.Choose a realistic structure like:

  • 90-minute morning work block

  • 2 shorter check-ins later

  • Evenings off

If something comes in late and it isn’t urgent, it waits. This prevents burnout and gives your brain time to recover.

5. Remember: Good Enough > Perfect

Your audience is not expecting perfection—especially during holiday chaos.A simple montage video, a quick photo, or a short caption is absolutely enough.Consistency beats complexity every time.

Release the pressure to overproduce and focus on showing up.
